The Account Committee maintains PMM's books of accounts, prepares financial statements, and ensures full transparency and accountability in how the organisation's funds are managed. Working closely with the Fee Collection Committee, this team handles budgeting, audits, and financial reporting so that donors, members, and the public can trust in PMM's stewardship of resources.

Accurate accounting is the foundation of every grant application, government registration renewal, and donor relationship PMM relies on. By keeping meticulous, audit-ready records year-round, the Account Committee protects the organisation's credibility and frees other committees to focus on their conservation work without financial uncertainty.
