About the External Committee
The External Committee is PMM's next generation of Executive Committee members — being mentored and trained directly by the current Executive Committee to take on future leadership roles within the organisation.
Members of the External Committee shadow ongoing decision-making, assist with coordination across committees, and gradually take on greater responsibility as they learn PMM's values, processes, and priorities. This structured mentorship ensures continuity of leadership and keeps four decades of institutional knowledge alive as PMM grows into its next chapter.
