About the Birder Group
Dahod district sits along important bird corridors of Gujarat, with wetlands, forest patches, and agricultural land that attract both resident and migratory species. The Birder Group documents and protects this avian richness. We conduct seasonal birdwatching walks, contribute to citizen science bird counts, and rescue injured or disoriented birds during migration season. Our members have recorded over 150 bird species in and around Dahod — and every listing is a reminder of what we are protecting.
