Home Gardening Guidance Camp
Prakruti Mitra Mandal – Ladies Nature Club
On 13 July 2026 (Monday), Prakruti Mitra Mandal’s Ladies Nature Club successfully organised its first programme of the year, a “Home Gardening Guidance Camp.” The programme was held from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and witnessed enthusiastic participation from approximately 70 women members.
The programme began with registration, tea and refreshments, prayer, and a warm welcome. Jasminaben Amin introduced the distinguished guests present at the event. This was followed by Ushaben Desai, who briefly introduced the objectives of Prakruti Mitra Mandal and highlighted its various environmental and nature-related activities.
The main session was conducted by Mrs. Nakiyaben Kagajwala, who delivered highly informative and inspiring guidance on home gardening. She explained practical ways to keep plants healthy and green for a longer period, including the preparation of suitable soil and manure, seasonal plant care, proper watering techniques, and methods to protect plants from diseases and pests.
During the interactive session, the participating women enthusiastically asked questions related to home gardening. Mrs. Nakiyaben Kagajwala addressed their queries with practical and satisfactory solutions, making the session highly useful and engaging.
Following this, Mr. Sudhanshubhai provided additional guidance on the importance of gardening and tree plantation through the Miyawaki method. He also encouraged everyone to contribute towards creating a greener and healthier environment.
Sakinaben Kadiwala shared brief information about the upcoming camps and activities of the organisation. The entire programme was beautifully conducted by Nehalben Desai.
At the conclusion of the programme, all the participating women appreciated the initiative and expressed their desire to see more such informative and knowledge-enhancing programmes organised regularly in the future.
The first programme of the year by the Prakruti Mitra Mandal – Ladies Nature Club was a great success—informative, inspiring, and enriching for all participants.
